Your notebooks are stored in your workspace's storage account, and can be shared with others, depending on their access level to your workspace. You can also launch Jupyter or JupyterLab from the notebook toolbar. When a compute instance is running, you can also use code completion, powered by Intellisense, in any Python notebook. If you select a stopped compute instance, it will automatically start when you run the first cell. When you want to run the cells in the notebook, select or create a compute instance.
